TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

 

1. Roller feeder

Feeder operations are controlled by the main control panel equipped with a touch screen. Counting given cardboard.

 

Possibility to set the required number of pieces. Setting the cardboard format limiters (left and right) is done using the buttons on the main panel and their position is visible on the display. The feeder front gap is set manually.

 

Precise step feeding of cardboard is obtained by suction with an air turbine powered by an 11 kW engine.

 

Automatic adjustment of the amount of air depending on the size of the cardboard format ensures smooth operation. Dust and particles of cardboard are removed with a brush and a fan. The rollers feeding and receiving cardboard in printing sections are made of thick-walled steel pipes, covered with grooved plastic lining. The entire feeder system is protected against blocking the cardboard by an electromagnetic friction clutch.

 

2. Printing segment

Diameter of polymer shaft: without polymer 309.6 mm with polymer 405 mm. Thick-walled shaft with a hardened and chrome surface. Due to the precise balancing it is possible to achieve high rotational speeds.

 

Turning the shaft during assembly of the polymer is activated with a foot switch.

 

ANILOX roller for paint transfer to a polymer with a diameter of 212 mm can have a ruling from 180 to 250 lines to choose from.

 

Pneumatic paint feed with a diaphragm pump prevents foaming. Lifting the printing segment (rubber roller + anilox roller) for a break in work.

 

Manual adjustment of the gap between the plimmer and the cardboard pressure roller in the range of 0 - 11 mm. Cardboard transport shafts for the next section are: precisely balanced, hardened and grooved.

 

The printing is shifted on the piece in the "front back" direction by means of an additional engine and planetary gear, in the range of 0- 360 degrees polymer shaft

(so-called phase shift). Fitting accuracy 0.3 mm. Horizontal shift of the shaft with a polymer is possible in the range of + - 5 mm.

 

3. Sloter

Slit knives placed on two independent shafts. simultaneous in all heads , setting the box height. Herringbone cutter line in slits and electric set up positions of all slotted knife blades and creases.

 

4. Rotary punching machine

Shaft for mounting the high-quality steel blank, surface ground, hardened and chrome plated (bottom shaft). Precise balancing ensures stable operation.

 

Shaft diameter 272.36 mm. Bolt spacing for fastening the die 50 x 62.6 mm. 25.4 mm die cutter height.

 

The pressure roller (upper) is covered with a plastic lining divided into sections with a length of 250 mm. The pressure of cardboard to the die is set manually. "Floating" along the axis + _40 mm, the pressure roller causes even wear of the linings (extended service life). Cladding thickness 8 mm.

 

A knife has been mounted in the machine to roll the lining surface. Expected number of blanks approx. 10,000,000

 

The punching shift on the piece in the "forward-backward" direction is made by means of an additional motor and planetary gear, in the range of the polymer shaft 0 - 360 degrees (so-called phase shift), using a PLC with a touch screen. 0.3mm fit accuracy over 360 degrees.
